Room is clean. Very modern design. House keeping is very good and efficient. Provide storage if you have future booking. Morning light breakfast is a plus not many hotel provide that. Overall experience score 9 out of 10.

Room is clean. Service is good. Although is little far from metro station good choice when the price is right.

The hotel is pretty new. Easy to adjust room temperature. Heavy solid room door - added security.

Easy to find local food. Near market & traditional eateries. Hotel provides free bread & coffee in morning but no tea. Water dispenser only at level 2 is very inconvenient especially when many people are taking the lift. At least 10min walk to mtr stations.

I had wanted to pay for late checkout, due to 10hr flight delay, unfortunately the hotel was full.

Room was too small even by HK standards. Front desk staff mostly unhelpful.
