"Property itself was fine. Beds are comfy, area is quiet. Check in info was sent ahead of check in as expected. 2 areas of warning: 1. Steps to door are a bit uneven/steep so don't stay here if you're not able to climb that 2. The harassment with this third party website, Superhog, was a complete nightmare! The day before check in we were bombarded with incessant texts and emails from this property demanding I undergo an identity verification with a 3rd party site, Superhog, if we wanted to...

"This is an excellent property. It is extremely comfortable and homey, well stocked with towels, linens, cooking supplies, bathing supplies, dishes, et cetera. It it around the corner from a cvs, a grocery store, a pizza place and a Starbucks (and is very close to a local coffee shop though I wouldn’t recommend walking). It is also very easy to park and get around the area from here. We also had no issue keeping it cool in the summer with numerous fans and windows. Could not have been better. "

"We enjoyed our stay and thought the property was lovely and cozy. The only inconveniences we experienced were trouble with the garage door which we had to manually open and close due to the the motor not working. The kitchen fan did not turn in at all not did the light and in the downstairs bathroom the toilet was loose and I found old used bandaids by the shower window. "

"This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach. Beautiful views - sunrises and sunsets. The 4 star review is primarily for the kitchen and bathroom. 1. The cabinets can use a refresh / repaint. They are very weathered and tired looking. Also need coffee mugs instead of the little espresso cups. The microwave / convection oven was new and modern. The thermostat controlled fireplace worked very well."
