Worst hotel ever!! Horrible staff...the whole place was under construction and it's completely out dated. Id rather sleep in my car than step food in this place ever again.

Had to use the stairs because elevator was broken but I made it even with a hurt knee but the stay was good no phone in room remote was broken and the hairdryer plug was broken and fire alarm was covered up with a plastic bag like they had been painting

The pool is closed even though it’s advertised as open and the entire place is under construction

Pick the worst looking hotel in Tahlequah and you will probably have a better place to stay the night. The new owners of Tahlequah Inn are very cheap. The hotel has an elevator that been broken for months. Being someone who is handicap, it is extremely hard to take the stairs to get to a room. They couldn't offer a room on the first floor to accommodate my handicap and wouldn't give a refund of my reservation. The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed from previous guests. They also didn't replace the sheets when they cleaned my room between nights. The bedspreads on the beds are just decorated sheets. I found a small house gecko running around in my room.

We would like to clarify that the elevator has been broken under previous ownership, and we are actively working to get it up and running as soon as possible. While we understand your frustration, please note that when you booked, our website clearly stated that the second floor is only accessible by stairs. Unfortunately, we were not notified in advance about your special request for an accessible room, and even then, we cannot guarantee availability. Regarding the refund, we are unable to provide one for the entire stay, as our policies are clearly outlined at the time of booking. As for cleanliness, we want to assure you that we inspect each room during and after cleaning to meet our standards. As is common in most hotels, towels are replaced daily, while sheets are replaced every two days. Since you had a two-night stay, the sheets were not replaced during your visit. However, if you had notified us about the sheets being dirty, we would have been happy to replace them for you.We appreciate your understanding and hope you give us another chance to improve your experience in the future.Best Regards,KevinGM
