Small things, such as doors in rooms not being able to close and the limited TV options (in case you get stuck in the rain or relaxing from a full day are limited."

"We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."
