Some staff are rude and they make you feel like you are not welcome in that place. I have to cut my days stay because the room is different from the one in the pictures. This place makes us feel unsafe the whole time we were there. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location with a covered walkway to the mall. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Thanks Micheal, Nico, Lyster, Josh and Mely. The hotel was very secure, someone was always at the door. The rooms had very secure locks. The room safe was functional. I had left a lot of coins on the dresser countertop and the coins were still there after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I had to manually tip housekeeping if I happened to be in the room at the time they were cleaning. Pool was very nice. "
