Very dissapointing that the pool is not maintained, not clean. The bathroom has a heater unit that does not work, when I asked the front desk to fix it they replied that hotel will not supply hot water!!! So, hotel does not offer hot water even though rooms are equipped to have hot water!!!!

We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you have experienced with our establishment. Our front desk has failed to inform you that the pool at this time is not available for use as there is an on-going renovations in the area.
Regarding the hot and cold shower, our standard and de luxe rooms are not yet equipped with such. We specify 'shower only' on those rooms as shown on our page in expedia. The presence of hot water equipment in the bathroom is because we are in the process of setting it up. However, we need to do electrical upgrade in order for it to fully function as these bathrooms were not originally designed to have hot/cold shower facility.

There is no pool that I could see, very limited parking, staff were great.

Our pool is right infront of our restaurant bldg, its a separate building from mellow but just few steps away. Our staff will be able to show it to you.
Regarding parking space we have few spaces in front of the building and a much bigger one at the back.

Sink was shakes when you wash Face it was loose all the way, no hot water

Thank you for your feedback, will look into the sink and have them fix. Apologies for the discomfort.
Regarding hot water, your room selection has no hot water provision. The cost for that room is quoted with no hot water. But we are in the process of setting up the electrical requirement for those rooms so we can be able to provide hot water.

None of the comforts of home.
Posted 13 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe swimming pool and spa were dirtier than a swamp. Water was green.
Restaurant is closed, has been for a while.
Rooster on the hotel property to make sure that you are up by 5 am everyday.
Not a pleasant stay.

Goodday! My sincerest apologies for this delayed response as I might have overlooked the notification of your review
Regarding our pool, we have staff that maintains it regularly. However, we have concern on our supplier for the chlorine whose supply has been out of stock for awhile. While we tried other suppliers, the result is not what we wanted. So we temporarily close the pool until we get our chlorine supply available. Its unfortunate that you cant use it during your stay.
With regards to the spa, it is a newly opened spa and we have maintained cleanliness. It would be helpful for us if you let us know what service you availed coz thats the only time you can see the entire spa and the day u availed the service so i can view the condition of the spa on that day. We always appreciate comments that can help us improve. Thank you.
Yes our restaurant is closed for renovation. We are doing our best to serve our guests better by also improving our amenities.
Im sad to hear about how the rooster is causing your stay bothersome. Sadly, its beyond our control since there are residents within the area having rooster within their own property.

Evidently Expedia has not paid them in the past and they refused to honor my reservation. They wanted to charge me cash after I already pain Expedia. Since I dont have a phone to call Expedia... Im out about $50 usd. I will never use Expedia again.
