Posted 11 Apr 2024 on HotelsShay (I’m not sure if the spelling is correct) . She let us use hotel’s cellphone so we can talk to the driver who will pick us up in cebu. Staff are all friendly & accommodating, if we need a tricycle to go to ICM they get it for us. The breakfast was not that good though. One thing that disappointing when we ask for a tour package the manager said she will give us “Inova”. But end up a car because she let the foreigners get the Inova. Bathroom was so small & shower room was leaking. Aside from that, everything was ok.

The staff were great, the hotel was spotless and the restaurant breakfast was very good, Its a diamond in the ruff. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Rich and Vell

We booked the best room through expedia. Was supposed to have multiple beds etc so the kids could stay with us and use pool etc. Got there and had 1 king bed. Ended up just settling
