Booked this property a month ahead of our stay. I was told that no need to reconfirm my booking. On the day of our check in, while me and my family is on our way to the property i was informed that someone is using it. To think that we booked the place for 2 nights to spend our christmas eve there. Such a hassle, such a headache and a total inconvinience!
