I was so thankful that i decided to stay in this place. We had an excellent stay . The view was amazing . Staff are friendly and helpful. Accessible to a lot of things to see and do in Tagaytay. Highly recommended!

The entrance and lobby is immaculate. The elevators have a glass window to see the lake view on the way up, but the window was not clean. The staff are top notch. They were all very courteous and helpful. The concierge arranged for a personal tour guide for us, the restaurant staff was attentive to our needs and the massage therapist was excellent.
There was a mention that the hotel was going through renovation so I assume the cleanliness issues will be addressed. I will give the hotel a 3.9 out of 5 stars based on my standards with a note saying I will be back for a visit soon to see how the renovations are coming along.

Everything was fine except the younger staff in the restaurant were playing to much instead of waiting on people...the shower foor in our room was falling off...i think room service should of noticed thst and had it fixed before letting out the room again. Pool was to cold to swim..thats why nobody uses it.

Pleasant hotel
Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel lobby was spacious. The staff was a bit slow but friendly. The rooms were large and clean. The pool was satisfactory, except that there was no shower, restroom, or even an attendant near the pool. You had to bring your room towel to the pool area.
There was a small Robinson store that you could access by walking through the basement from the hotel.

The room we booked has a cockroach. Our keycards got deactivated twice. And tv internet does not work. We got the summit suite and it’s not even worth the price. The worst hotel i’ve been too.

first time tagatay
Posted 6 May 2024 on HotelsCheck in was easy and no issues. Its about 2-3 hrs south of NIAA depending on traffic. Breakfast buffet was always good, rooms clean and always hot water in the shower. i would stay again
pros wifi, location
con traffic noise is non stop but not a deal breaker
