It has the basic necessities like toiletries, electric kettle and mini ref. Cable TV reception is not quite good, no WiFi and the beds are a bit old and needs upgrade. Over all it's quite ok.

I got a reallly bad experience. They said they have customer service answering queries 24/7. I need to check out early morning and told it upon check in they said no problem. They did not answer my call 5am when i am about to check out so ending my security deposit was not returned. They even said some frustrated things when they texted me.

What happened to my request? We supposed to stay here but open going to the hotel we were not on the list! We waited for 2to 3hours and we still get the same response. We already paid the amount but until now I got no response! This is the first time I ve encounter this. Im used to agoda. Traveloka and other but the impression that you've given me is so bad. I've sent different email and I didn't g Get a concrete answer to your end

Not worth it.

We previously booked in another unit prior to this and we are quite dissapointed with the room Reddoor assigned to us. 1. The shower did not function well. 2. There is no induction stove. No kitchen stuffs. 3. I was not able to make my own coffee because the elctric kettle is already rusty. 4. The light in the kitchen is not working. 5. The bed sheet is too thin. There is no comforter. So dissapointing. 6. The wifi is on and off. Overall, our stay is not worth it. Not worth my money. Will never book again.
