Spacious room and nice staff
Posted 2 Sep 2019 on HotelsIt's our first time to stay in La Gracia hotel for 2 nights.
Upon checked-in, it was so quick and easy and no need to pay deposit for the key.
The staff are very friendly, approachable at helpful.
The room is so spacious, comfy bed and nice bathroom.
It was annoying because we were so bored at night because the wifi is so slow and the cable TV was not working.
Problems:
1. The staff are very noisy, they didn't even think that there are people resting.
2. The toy of the kid was so noisy too.
3. Inside the toilet, the towel handle is so high (I think it was 6 feet high), very didficult to reach.
4. There's no clothes handle (where you can hand your clothes before you take shower).
5. The bed is good for 2 but they gave us 1 shampoo and 1 soap.
6. There's no free bottle of water.
7. The internet is very slow.
8. The cable TV is not working.
9. There were ants we found in our bed.
I hope you will find solutions for the problems that I shared so that many tourists will book and stay your hotel.
I will stay there again if the problems will be solved.

Dear guest, thank you for this honest review. If you will be staying for more than one night, you can always request for another shampoo or soap from our staff for free. We have taken note of your concerns and we are now working on addressing these.

Property surrounding not properly maintained and the room has mosquitos. We just stayed almost an hour and went out to look for another hotel to be comfortable on our night stay.

Posted 10 Jun 2019 on Hotelsthe lady caretaker is friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and the air condition is so cold. however, the running water in the bathroom is so disturbing at night, the switch off is loose that is why you cant turn it off. I think the son of the caretaker played and scratch my car while parked outside :(

Simple escapade
Posted 6 May 2019 on HotelsPlace is easy to find although parking is quite hectic. Room is spacious but aircon is quite slow and weak that we perspire when we move a lot. Suggest to replace the aircon convenient for a bigger space.
