Property owner is approachable, unit is complete with amenities you need for your stay (towel, bath soap, utensils, plates, microwave oven and ref. Have an overlooking view at taal lake too.

Unit was tidy, and well maintained. Any problems were solved quickly. Location is good but like most of the philippines traffic noise is high! Suggested improvements would be a real mattress on the bed instead of foam. Otherwise no problems here at all!

Owner and Care taker are accommodating and fast to response but the room needs to have a full renovation and the apliances needs to be replaced. During the first night, had issues with the bed sheets and it was changed immediately the next day which was really appreciated. It would also be nice if tissue,handsoap etc was included but there was none as well. The aircondition was loud.
