Posted 31 Dec 2019 on HotelsI booked through you so I dont know what is your agteement with this hotel. As the detsils of my booking was not followed during the stay of my daughters, it should be 2 double bed, thete should be 2 free breakfast, no toiletries provided, not even bottled water. you said that there's no need to call the hotel as my booking was already confirmed. it stated n your site that check in was 24 hours, no consideration was given to my daughters, they have waited in the lobby until 2 pm. When my eldest daughter asked them they just reply that there iwas wrong on their website...so what have you advertise is not true. Pkease have a thorough or firm agreement with the members of your hotels. We as customers should get what we pay for. Update what is needed to be updated whether their website, services or whatever. I trusted you Hotels.com but very disappointed on my first booking on you...the saddest part is from my own country. Weve been booking in other countries but we never experienced like this.
