So I did same day booking at 5pm of Nov 29, did not get any response untill 8pm of Nov 30.
I will have this disputed if this gets to my Credit card. Did not get the service at all. Was asking for a contact person since according to the facility, all rooms have hosts to welcome guests at the lobby.

Unit given to us has a broken bed,

The unit is clean and new. It has a small kitchenette with microwave. Very near the mall, just across the street with lots of places to eat and shop. Also across a church on the other side. Will definitely stay again when in Tagaytay.
