Bad day.

I didnt find the place so i wasnt able to stay.. i tried to call hotels.com, but it keeps on saying "# is incorrect.". Theres no contact details of the owner, though it says "you should contact the property" in the booking site. How would i call the property if there is no contact details? The owner should have known that there is a booking of his place but he didnt even contacted me. I went to the place, ask the people there & they dont know about the property. The place is so hard to find, no one from there knows the place. So, i spend 2,500 for nothing. I just looked for a different hotel to stay that day.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I did give the expedia the detailed location and contact number of the property. Sounds like they didn't give it to you. We were waiting on you that day. So sorry for the inconvenience. I will offer you a refund by requesting it thru Expedia.
