"Very clean property , spotless. The neighborhood is in a quiet side of Shinjuku . Location is perfect if you want to stay in the Center but in a quieter side. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Room is quite big and spacious for an accommodation in the centre of Tokyo.One of the best accommodation we had. There is a complimentary coffee, tea and water 24 hours. It was a perfect stay, you added a pleasure in our Japan trip👍"

"Mimaru Ikebukuro was an excellent fit for our family trip (me, husband, toddler, and mother-in-law). It was the only place I found in central Tokyo with a 2-bedroom apartment-style hotel room. "We stayed for one night after a late flight in and it met the expectations for that. Compared to other Minn properties though, the rooms were very small, to the point that we didn't know where to out our luggage! Luckily there was an issue with our family room and we were given two bunk rooms instead (which worked out perfectly for us to ensure we had our first night in Japan with good sleep). Otherwise it was a clean property, modern and easy to access for what we needed. Thanks again! "

"*Very* cozy. Stating the place is small is an understatement. We were a part of 4 and it was like playing sliding puzzle whenever someone wanted to go to the bathroom, kitchen, or entry. You say this is part of the japanese cultural experience where a lot of things are very cozy. It was pretty expensive for the space but it is very clean, has everything we needed (except personal space), and very friendly service. I would recommend if you are a party of 3 or less and of average size."

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "
