This is my 1st stay at this property and will stay again in the future. It’s better than I expected. The staffs are great. Breakfast was plated and good. Served promptly as well.

This place was everything I had hoped. Great bed, aircon, hot water, free coffee. There was a problem with the refrigerator and I called the front desk, less than 5 minutes they brought a new one and set it up. Very responsive and friendly staff. They offer several different breakfast options, serving time, and place (room or guest dining area). There are several different dining menus that you can order from nearby and the staff will bring to the room. Location is perfect, near everything. It was a fantastic stay!

Internet not working and no compensation Very expensive for the level of services

We apologize for any inconvenience that may have triggered you in doing so, it just so happened that there was a city-wide connection issue encompassing the different providers available. It was rather uncontrollable; but we still made sure that all of the guests are informed about it. As we aim to let our guests have a wonderful stay (despite the unseen issue), we offered and provided other internet medium we have. On top of it, we also offered free tour packages to compensate and let our guests enjoy the beautiful tourist destinations in the province. We also did not lack in asking our guests as to how we can further assist and compensate them. We are very much serious in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests throughout their stay and we''ll continue to do so; today and in the future. Despite our efforts, we are very much open and we'll pursue to improve and be better. Again, we humbly apologize for this experience. Next time you visit Facade Hotel, we are hopeful we'll be able to bring about a different story. Thank you.
