"Convenient and quiet location with free pickup from airport. Within a 10 minute drive of the Quito airport. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom shower was awesome, breakfast was included, and overall customer service was exceptional. Truly a 5 star experience. "

"The first night we stayed here, there was a problem with the reservation. They fixed the issue, stored our luggage, prepared an early box breakfast and all was good. On our return from the Galapagos we had a superb room and enjoyed a delicious dinner with other guests."

"One thing I found misleading was the comments that the hotel included a shuttle to the airport which was not true. It should state hotel will arrange transportation to airport at customer cost and not listed misleading statements such shuttles to airport. Be honest hotel price is reasonable."

"Lost power due to an electrical storm and workers trying to restore power were very noisy. We had an early flight and could not sleep due to the noise. Then the man in the adjoining room was talking very loudly until 2 am. We knocked on his door twice to ask him to be quiet and he was very rude. Power was restored sometime around 1am again waking us up. "
