The staff greeted us very nicely, we organized the shuttle from the airport and to the airport with ease (just message them in advance), hotel was clean. My only complaint was the fees paid upon arrival. I stayed for one night and was charged an extra $27 for taxes upon arrival, which isn’t a big deal, but I’d like to pay everything upfront when I travel to avoid surprise expenses. Other than that it was lovely.

Picked us up from the hotel with a sign. Super friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Great pool/steam room/gym. Fabulous breakfast! Thank you!
