"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

"Super nice hotel with beautiful view of mountains from Your room and at the breakfast:) every room have balcony with option to sunbath. Very friendly reception staff and speak English, especially Emil, please listen to his advices and You will save Your time and money 🤑 free sauna+ billiard ar the hotel. For Spa options You will have to go to termy zakopianskie aprox 18km."

family and I enjoyed our stay at “Bania” hotel. It was a short 3 day 2 night stay, in-between longer stays in Zakopane and Szczawnica. We definitely have planes to comeback, and next time it’s going to be most likely in the winter season. "

"I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time ."
