The best part of this hotel is the property. The private beach, the pool and views. The breakfast that is included is excellent and the restaurant is refined. The hotel and furnishings are a bit dated but the hotel is clean and well maintained. Only thing that’s a negative is that you really can’t walk to anything. You need to drive or take a shuttle to go anywhere.

I liked the breakfast and gym. The rooms felt dirty. We received damp towels with mildew, and worst of all, they tried charging me extra for spa services and for alcoholic beverages which I did not participate in/have. I didn’t appreciate that.

Property look good on pictures. Till we arrive. It start with location between flats pretty far from anything. Then we walk in. Unbelievable. Dirty worn out old. Staff was nice then we get in room. Carpet super nasty dirty in hallways. AC was not working. Room it’s small super basic all it’s old worn out. I never slept on more uncomfortable bed ever. And I travel a lot . Because ac was not working and no fan we open window. What a mistake. With in minutes room was full of mosquitos. We wake up at 2 am and don’t go sleep it was impossible. Save your money. It’s not worth it

And they try to charge me for room service. What I got knife and empty plate lol literally to cut up fruit
It’s bizarre place huge potential

Great service. We were initially given a smaller room which was difficult for us to maneuver around with out luggage but the hotel was very accommodating and moved us into a bigger room the next morning. Loved the fact they remembered it was our 25th anniversary trip and welcomed us with some Prosecco! Lovely large terrace off the room but with limited views. Gorgeous rooftop terrace that is just not utilized by anyone while we were there. The hotel should promote this more and possibly run dinner and a light food menu as well on the rooftop to make it more inviting for guests to go and use. Overall a great stay!
