Don’t book with this hotel
Posted 19 May 2024 on HotelsThe hotel texted us the day we were arriving and told us they made arrangements for us to check into a different hotel. No explanation or apology. The other hotel was not on the beautiful island of Ortigia, but by the train station (not a great area). We were very disappointed. It was also hard to find a contact number for hotels.com to help with the situation. The hotel we sayed at was ok, but not quite the magical vacation we were expecting.

Wow, what an awesome location,the Piazza was amazing, easy to restaurants, and the sea. While it's a B&B it's like a 4 star hotel. They clean the room daily and the breakfast spread is amazing.
I highly recommend.

Lovely hotel I'd go there again for sure. surpassed expectations.Position is great and the service efficent, gracious and warm. We broke a key when we were coming back late and had to ring and disturb the owner late but she was so nice about it. It had all the grace and sublimity that you would want staying on that beautiful piazza. Book a room with a view of the piazza. The breakfast was generous. Reninded me of the film A Room with A View. Romantic!
