Breakfast was outstanding as was the property. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The view every morning on the roof top while eating breakfast was wonderful. Would absolutely stay there again. There was a safe in the room.

The staff was very helpful with all our needs. The food and views from the hotel roof were outstanding. Everyone was very friendly as well. However, the steps into the hotel were a challange for me as I have mobility issues. At least there were hand rails.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Since you walk in no one helps you with the bags, there is no hospitality and people are extremely rude and not helpful. The rooms smell like an old perfume store and it’s extremely noisy. Don’t make the same mistake i made! There are better options

The property was impeccable and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.

The hotel is immaculate with very friendly service. Being able to park the car across the street is an extra bonus. The location can’t be beat. You’re a two minute walk from the best parts of Ortigia. The rooms are spacious. We loved our stay.

The air conditioner is broken. The room is hot as hell. This should not happened in a 5 star hotel. Worst experience ever!
