My family and I planned this trip mainly to swim in the pool and when we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed. If this information had been posted on the website before I booked a hotel I would’ve cancelled my reservation and stayed somewhere else. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and apologetic, but overall I was very disappointed. I book hotels in the area often and this was my first time booking here. Safe to say I won’t be back :(

Love this hotel. Wish they had a hot tub in the pool area like most other embassy suites and wish they didn’t charge for parking. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. Delicious happy hour and breakfast.

Great spot . Close to the mall, easy parking . Nice and cozy rooms.

great stop for our road trip. on the way out of town we stayed at a hotel near by for the same price and it was much much worse. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen at this level of hotel in a long time. the room had two queen beds in a room that could be closed off and a TV in both the living area and the bedroom. Great for our family with two young kids.
