Excellent location to stay outside of the Central London area, especially if you require both parking and easy access to train service. Convenience store right next door, and very high-value breakfast add-on option.

The property was conveniently located But the breakfast let it down, not well stocked or well presented, Staff was not adequately trained in service, with extremely slow

Room was large, walking distance to shops and dining. Great continental breakfast. We enjoyed this hotel more than the 5 star we stayed at in London for part of the trip.

Does what it says on the tin. Perfectly satisfactory budget hotel in easy to find location with parking below.

Staff did not want to help with changing dates for booking at my fault but got onto it in 5 mins of making booking which they said contact Expedia for booking change then got AI which wanted to charge me more for booking so I lost 250.00 dollars for a simple mistake on my behalf but admitted it was my fault. As pensioners that is a lot of money to loose also not happy with Expedia as they can see I've booked a lot of hotels through them

Staff were very courteous and ensure my stay went well. My room was very clean. I had no concerns with noise.
