Was pleasantly surprised as the room was sparkling clean contrary to prior reviews, The view of the fall leaves was stunning. Very nice surprise as I arrived at night.
Not the best location, but easy to access from the highway.
The majority of the staff went beyond what was necessary to be pleasant and helpful.

The staff were all super friendly. We had a couple stink bugs in our room - but we weren’t upset by it, we were in the mountains after all. The previous person must have smoked in the room because it was stale and didn’t smell good. But it was a safe and comfortable place to sleep on our roadtrip. Common areas were clean. It was nice to have breakfast included.
