I had booked and pre-paid online weeks before arriving. The receptionist Noel took a further $100 off my credit card to be 'held for a week'. The sign behind him said the policy was that this would only happen if paying in cash. We only had two towels even though I booked for 3 people. The wi-fi did not work and Noel told me it didn't work 'on the other side of the road' where our room was. The lastminute website advertises wifi and I have two children.

Floors were filthy benches had not been cleaned. Food left in cupboard. the room was not serviced while I was there Person behind reception was as helpful as hip pocket in singlet
