Great stay so 4* is a touch harsh but it was a challenge to get out. You’d be waiting 10 minutes and then it would be overcrowded. Staff were fun and friendly.

Only one thing I would suggest to have more then one weight scale. I went to the ground floor and reception to ask if I can borrow a weight scale to check the luggage weight as I did some shopping but the staff advised I can’t get it as they have only one scale and has to stay on the lobby. So I had to go and buy a new weight scale across the road from jb hifi.

My third time at the property. I tend to alternate between this and two others. Rooms are good, breakfast is decent. Staff and staff sense of urgency is hit and miss but on this occasion better than the previous two. Location is extremely handy.

The property was in the perfect location, it had a beautiful reception area with a stunning bar. The room was amazing also. Only inconvenience was the parking at Wilson parking 300m down the road.

The property is beautiful and located in the heart of the cbd. Room spacious. Facilities lovely. What was disappointing was the lack of communication from the check in staff. We were told we could have an early priority check in. It never happened. Even when 3pm check in occurred, still no communication after I was reassured by two different staff that I would be contacted as soon as the room was available.

We love this hotel. Great area for visitors and walking distance to most points of interest and very close to public transportation. Buffet Breakfast was very good and not expensive compared to prices in Australia.
