This is an average hotel. It’s located in a convenient area with good access to transport. I would advise people who have back issues not to stay, the beds are incredibly soft and I left a day before I was meant to because I could no longer sleep in the bed. If you like a soft bed that’s not an issue. The food selection at breakfast is good but unfortunately to quality is not. Hot foods are cold, you have to pay for decent coffee, and milk is warm. I ordered room service twice for evening meals and it turned up cold. The staff do a good job and are friendly but are obviously let down in various areas. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as you can get better options at a similar price elsewhere in the city with much better food options.

The kids loved the pool and the family room accommodation. We liked the close proximity to Surry Hills restaurants and the kids loved catching the tram from Central to QVB to go shopping.

Great location by the central station and walkable to Chinatown and darling harbor. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly, accommodating staff, the pool and spa pool were quiet and relaxing. Our room was comfortable and we never heard any noise from the hall or street. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it’s always great.

Reception came into our room while we were sleeping and then 10 minutes later called me asking for our booking name? Very unprofessional and uncomfortable

Great location. Shopping, restaurant, sydney harbour ect are in walking distance. However it wasn't quit due to being close to the train station and it is in the city.
Facility was great. However, the technology required an update, i.e., tv dont include streaming services.

The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the hotel is generally run down. Carpets in common areas appeared dirty. Would not recommend.
