I had to stay at Quest Liverpool overnight for work. It had been a really busy day for me, to the point where I hadn’t been able to check in until 9:30pm - close to when reception closes. They stayed in touch with me throughout the day to check my eta and ensure that someone will be there to help me check in even if I’m to get in really late. I was very thankful to them for doing so given how hectic my day had ended up being. Check in was easy, the layout was also easy and my stay was just what I needed for a last minute booking and late arrival.

Room was very clean and quiet. Would stay here again. GPS took me to the parking entrance at the back of the building so be aware if you are using a GPS (not the hotel's fault though).

When using google to find our property the GPS does take you to the back of our building to the car park, however, we have an intercom in which our Customer Service Team Members can give you access to the underground carpark on arrival. The room smelt like it had a smoker in it previously. The windows had been left open, which of course helped. Otherwise a good stay.
