I stayed at the Hills Lodge partly for a work function at Norwest Business Park. The hotel is quaint and the room was okay, very clean but well and truly outdated. The service was absolutely disappointing. Ordered room service for a late breakfast and after an hour, I called to see where it was and was told it was missed because they were so busy. I decided to walk up and then eat at the restaurant, which was almost entirely empty and I wasn’t allowed to sit down at a table at the restaurant as I wasn’t having high tea and had to eat by the bar with only lounge chairs, even though there were at least 10 empty tables! I declined and found myself a restaurant down the road. Staff were always polite, just terribly unhelpful.

Such a lovely and suburban hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming and makes sure our stay in Sydney was comfortable. Would recommend!

convenient location for the duration of stay. A bit noisy with functions. Clean rooms and great size bathroom and shower.
