Thought we were getting a nice place for two couples to share. The master bathroom sink didn’t drain and shower hose was split, leaking water. No ice in freezer. Hot tub water was cold. Second bedroom didn’t have a TV. There were few wall coverings. A/C had to be reset twice. It was so hot in that condo. The view was horrible and the balcony not as expected. Super confusing how to park and where to check in. A roll of paper towels would have been helpful.

We had an absolutely flawless stay at One Global Resorts Green Square in Sydney! The location was perfect— new, clean, stylish, close to everything we needed. Mornings started with lovely coffee options, and evenings were vibrant, with music and dancing nights right in front of the hotel, organized by the bistro inside Green Square Library. The atmosphere, convenience, and overall experience were top-notch. We loved everything about this hotel and can’t wait to come back soon!

This hotel is relatively new/ modern and is a great location to stay at given its proximity to local transit (Green Square station on the airport line), multiple grocers and restaurants/ eateries.
The in-suite washer/ dryer are a great touch and having a kitchenette is really helpful for longer stays. My room was a little dusty under the bed but overall clean.
My only gripe is that there is a bond/ incidental deposit that isn't mentioned on Expedia that must be paid by debit or credit as this is a cashless hotel. I assumed that there would be one but was not informed until I checked in.
Please note that the bond unlike most hotels is not a pre-authorized hold, it's processed as a charge. Upon checkout the bond is returned via a credit transaction. This may be problematic if your local currency is not AUD as fluctuating exchange rates may cause you to receive less back than you were originally charged. Unfortunately after confirming with the hotel, processing the bond in this way is their standard procedure.

Really nice property. Nice clean rooms and big comfy beds. Great location with a Woolies metro just opposite, with a good selection.
We didn’t use public transport as we didn’t go into Sydney but it’s so close to the train station.
Lovely hotel staff who are welcoming and so helpful.
Would definitely stay here again.

First, the bathroom was incredibly dirty, which made my stay uncomfortable. The toilet lid is unacceptably dirty
Additionally, the room was very small, feeling more like budget accommodation but charges five-star rates.
To make matters worse, the dryer in the laundry area was out of order, which was frustrating as I relied on this service during my stay.
Since the hotel changed its name , the service has noticeably declined, further adding to the poor experience. I can attach photos that illustrate just how unacceptable this hotel’s condition is.
Given the high prices, I strongly recommend choosing other hotels in the Sydney area that are clean and provide better service.
