smallest dodgy bathrooms ever

Location is great, BUT....
The bathroom was fixed by a petulant teenager. The ties are croked. There are pipes on the floor and holes in the walls. The sink has a grinder knotch in it. I can't tell if they used 3 colors of grout or if the bathroom had never been properly cleaned. It was gross to touch with bare feet.
The rest of the room was nice. Staff are friendly. The sheets are clean.
But the toilet is dodgy.
The room holds 6 (with fold out couch), so good for a party bender in Newtown but it is up 2 flights of stairs, so avoid if you are a pensioner or in a wheel chair.
