Firstly the positive about this property - the staff. Reception staff were so wonderfully helpful and friendly they really made our stay a lot better. However unfortunately the property itself is not good. It’s incredibly noisy meaning no good nights sleep were had. The bedroom window was broken letting in more noise and heat. Aircon unit in the living room only which did nothing for the warmth of the bedroom. The lift to the top floor also broke during our stay and we had to find alternative ways out via the fire escape. Wouldn’t stay again. The only saving grace is the staff here!

Washing machine is very loud n noisy. Dining table legs were damaged. No repair was made.

Great price. Spacious room. Pool looked good and gym was great but worlds most uncomfortable beds. All 6 of us said thr same thing

As always Nesuto was accommodating and comfortable. The property is perfect. The only problem is that the air conditioner periodically made a tapping sound on the walls that confused me and on the 3rd night the hot water had run out. It was fixed quickly though :). Lovely team at reception. Will always come back to this hotel

Reasonably convenient to Redfern Station. The unit floors were not very clean. The linens and kitchen were clean. The furniture and rugs were starting to look shabby. The a/c froze during the night and woke us with a great grinding noise and spit out ice. There was no coffee pot but the kind staff found one for our use.
