Customer service was rude and definitely not helpful. We made a booking,we where refused entry and I have to do a bunch of crap to get my refund

On a busy road but rooms away from that side are quiet enough.
Good pub food on the hotel.
10-25 minute walk to Auburn centre.

Rooms were ok but bathroom facilities were very poor

I liked most of the services that the hotel provided. However, I asked to make up room and provide me with clean towels, but it didn't happen!

Bar and friendly staff good.
