A nice spot when visiting Blue Mountains. Nice gardens and friendly staff.

The stays is more or less proportional to the cost however, the Internet did not work and after a handful of visits to the office and being deflected with incorrect answers, we had to use our own mobiles to create hotspots to do some work we needed to complete.

Recieved a complimentary upgrade of our room at check in. Beautiful gardens with great amenities. Friendly staff with parking and breakfast included. Definitely come back again!

Check in was very late, room not prepared on time. The rooms are dated, the facilities within the room are limited such as basic complimentary coffee or tea supplements. Two single beds pushed together to make a king with an uncomfortable seam in the middle. The bed was uncomfortable, I now have a sore back this morning. The hotel rate was far too expensive for what you get, Resort it is not. Sorry but I couldn't give this hotel a thumbs up!
