The stay at Ibis was good the staff were really friendly but I will never use wotif again

Don’t take luggage if you want to stay no lift you have to carry all your luggage upstairs with no help from the staff they will watch you drag your luggage up the stairs from their reception desk . And all accommodation is upstairs lol , no bathroom sink or amenities not even a shower cap! Room sooo small couldn’t swing a cat in it if you tried
Budget doesn’t mean , no Fs given , at least provide the standard necessities and basic services that we as paying customers staying in a basic hotel would expect. I don’t recommend at all , the local pub motel provides a lot better service, better rates, better rooms and a far lot cleaner and way better customer service
