There is no sound insulation in the room .all night the music being played in the pub downstairs could be heard in the room.

No disability access to the rooms wasn't appreciated.
A cockroach was found in one of the beds. A living one.
The staff (while I and my friend were there) are friendly.

This is the most convenient Hotel I been to very fancy, I really enjoy my Stay so comfy and relaxing plenty time to have great Arvo Nice Check In Worth The Money & Stay Thanks Guilford Hotel I Really Enjoy & Come Again Peace and Harmony Great Escape Away Cheers
