The customer service at Furama is good, however we paid more for what the price of their members was offered when they booked directly with Furama to receive a smaller room with no view and the first room we have the carpet is still wet from cleaning even though we had allowed them the extra time to check in (after 2pm). They were quick to come and transferred us to a new room, but the view did not get any better. Thought the cash back (through expedia app) was good, but we actually ended up paying more (after cash back) than what their members paid. Overall, we had a good experience but it can be better (with the view and priority check in if we have to pay more than a member price).

Located in chinatown and walkable to darling harbour. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had wide variety and staff were very helpful and recommended eateries during our stay

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast facilities fairly mediocre. Cleaning average - lots of debris under the bed in kids room. Family deluxe rooms are a good size - recommended.

Had bugs in the room and bathroom area... cockroaches even. Staff didn't immediately offer me a change of rooms, very disappointed.

The carpet in the room was not vacuumed. Even 2 days later when we had the room cleaned it was still not vacuumed. Basically they just redo the bedspread and changed towels in the bathroom and clear the rubbish bin. However the front desk staff and the service staff in the cafe for the morning breakfast was very friendly and helpful, so it does help in making the stay in the hotel a pleasant experience.

Our room was quite dusty around edges. Water pressure in sink very low, very small stream of water coming out.
