Very good room and very clean. Cafe items expensive. Car parking boom gate issues. Convenient to airport and shuttle.

The staff was friendly, the check-in was on the top floor, at the entrance of the building, a person that looked homeless was wondering around but no one on the bottom level to check in, the bathroom had broken floor tiles and grout disappearing, so they will make noise when you step on them, the room was clean, and when I opened the curtains, there were about 8 big spiders on their webs, not an attractive view, and a bit scary.

Very limited food choices. Had to walk to the Marriott for dinner. Not a great neighborhood. Bathroom was in disrepair, tiles lose.
