Clean, easy access. Only complaint was there was only 1 bath towel and no face washer. We were with two other couples and their rooms were the same, only towels provided were 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and a bathmat.

Super convenient if relying on Central Station for transport plus light rail down yo the Quay.

Staff are not very friendly, they need to work harder to improve customer service

Checking in and out was easy. The room was large and had a nice view. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Central Station (trains, metro, light rail, buses), so it was easy to get to the beach, airport, etc. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillow — too big and firm.

Nice location and price was ok, won’t mind staying there again The only thing I can add for a big venue like they they need at least gym,

I had a huge room. The balcony was littered with broken glass. Not good. It was noisy overnight ~ sounded like a building site - and the single glazing didn’t help. Despite the immense room (a real plus) and the proximity to Central station ……i’d not stay here again.
