Was good but couldn’t use wifi, couldn’t connect the tv and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude

I really enjoyed my stay, the bathroom was fabulous for a good soak and I love a spacious shower.

What a great find in Penrith! Clean, vibrant and modern - Astina Penrith has a pool, bar, gym, sauna and spa so you can feel rejuvenated, healthy and relaxed after your stay. Great value.

Best stay

Staff are so friendly and helpful. The doors open and the foyer is beautiful and smells wonderful and so inviting. All the areas are clean. Beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well equipt. Can't find any negatives to say about the Astina. You will love it like we do.

I didn't like that there was an opening in between the glass door and window so the cold breeze was coming in and the noise pollution was pretty loud. Other than that it was great. Although i would have liked some choices of chocolate/ snacks/ drinks in the fridge that would be cool.

Booked a penthouse with mountain view.
This did not happen the rooms are the same as lower level just cost more and no mountain view as it faced south.
I got a lot of noise from the road the receptionist on check in was extremely rude unhelpful and argumentative.
The room was not restocked with soap or fresh towels even when I requested this with the rude unhelpful receptionist

The main points of difference in a Penthouse Suite are the desired location of the top level, the upgraded furnishings and finishes through the suite, and a few luxurious additions including upgraded amenities and plush bath robes. Due to our location in the centre of Penrith, our views are dependent on the CBD surroundings. There are mountain views in the distance in select suites, such as the one allocated to you, but we understand it was not as expected. We apologise for any miscommunication regarding a top up of amenities and towels as we are happy to restock these upon request. We appreciate your detailed feedback and will address all matters with our team to ensure that improvements are made moving forward.
