I found the layout of the room quite strange with having to enter theoretically through the bathroom, with more space being given to that actual area than to the bedroom part of the room.
If you have two people staying in a room for a length of time there is never enough storage space for luggage etc.
I also find it strange that now a hotels want you to conserve energy by reusing towels, but again if there are two people using a room there is only enough space to hang one towel

Good building ans the staff is very professional and nice. When we arrived early than the check in time. They still have us the room not waiting the check in time.

Loved our stay at the Ace! From the moment we checked in, the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great vibe and the rooms are perfect with unique touches. The location in Surry Hills is ideal with numerous first class coffee shops, brunch places and dinner options near by and when it’s time to leave, the train to the airport is only a short walk away. We will be back on our return to Sydney.

Service is so so. The hotel has a restaurant on the main floor with loud music and people coming and going every night so it is so noisy. Elevator is super slow. Not enough lights in the bathroom and toilet - it is extremely dark in these spaces.
