Apartments were cleaned and in good conditions. No elevators to reach the apartments in upper floors. The swimming pool was not cleaned properly to use.

Very cool self contained apartment. Staff member that checked us in have very suss vibes.

The credit card impression should be taken not the payment.

Unfortunately, many guests provide debit cards, and we were unable to process payment after check-out due to insufficient funds. As a result, we had to place a hold on the funds and released them once no additional charges were required. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding.

Absolutely ridiculous.
We booked a 1 Bedroom Executive Apartment for 3 adults. The sofa used as third bed couldn't be called a bed in any scenario - rock hard, lumpy with metal bars, and so short that even the shortest adult couldn't fit without their feet hanging.
There is no way this could be called a bed and still expect customers to pay.
