Front desk exceeded expectations for helping to make sure to have knowledge of the area. Gave us great advice on what to see and how to do it with paying less. Would definitely stay here again.

I was unlucky and had a combination of live music and jackhammers at the construction site across the street keep me up. Fortunately they eventually stopped but it was a very noisy location at this time.

Great Location, but Noisy Nights
I stayed at this hotel during my holiday, and its location was perfect – everything was within walking distance, and being right in the city center made exploring so easy. The hotel staff (Travis) was extremely helpful and made check in a breeze as well as gave a great description on what was going on in the area.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made it nice to come back to after long days out.
However, there were a few downsides. The shower head was positioned way too low, and at 5 foot 9 inches, I had to bend down to use it. The bathroom sink was also very small, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the street noise at night, especially from loud music, made it difficult to sleep.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a prime location and can tolerate a bit of noise, this hotel is worth considering.

If you have a room at the front, buy some earplugs but everything was clean. The staff are amazing and the food on Level 1 was yummy and easy.

Perfect location pre cruise. 2 stops by subway from circular Quay with the train and Victoria Mall right across the street. Town Hall is around the corner and Woolworth made shopping for last minute essentials easy.

The location and staff are a positive. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is a negative. Overall, considering the cost, this was a good choice for our stay.

Excellent location and recently refurbished. Stayed in a triple room and there was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the bar/bistro on the first floor perfect to sit and enjoy a few beers while watching the footy. A short 5 minute walk to the State Theatre. Would definitely stay here again!
