Good quality accommodation at a great price. The gym was very good the swimming pool was extremely disappointing not much more than a play pool. Rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast is good and inclusive of the room rate. All in all a good experience.

The Village Hotel is a great line of hotels! nice and unique yet modern design throughout. Restaurant has lovely food. Could be a bit cleaner, rooms were a little dusty. Otherwise, a great stay! Will be staying again!

Our stay here was pleasant. And we got a quiet room on the 1st floor. Some wear and tear in the woodwork could do with fixing or touch ups. The lightin in our room was quite dark. One of the light fixtures was very dim so had to rely on the lamps. But wasnt really a bother. Great location for visitng surrounding towns and great distance to some nice picturesque towns in the cotswolds. And if wanting some entertainment in the evening, it has cinema, bowling and a restaurant. Overall the stay was very nice.

I like the spacious room and bathroom. There is a bath tub if you want to soak and relax. The parking space is big. The check in and out facility is quick. And if you’re not used to the modern tech there is always someone to help you. There is a pub and restaurant on the ground floor level plus a Starbucks cafe. As soon as you go in your room there is electricity. You don’t need to use your key card all the time when you are in your room to turn on the light or other electric equipment. And the TV has got many channels that we normally watch. The staff are polite and smiling.

room furniture and bar furniture very tired, would benefit from scrapping, room was dusty, requestred a room refresh after two nights, did not happen. some "unsociable if not immoral" goings on in a neighbouring room, reported. will not return, shame, as years ago was an ideal business venue to stop over at.

The rooms were dirty! I had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. The rooms had very poor lighting , thats when we could get it working. The breakfast was expensive for what they had to offer. Would not recommend at all.

The place has become tired. The bar staff are poor - not interested in keeping the place tidy. Old food on tables for a long time and when not busy, they spend their time in the “back”. As for the prices!
