It’s an old property that’s been 3 different hotels. There is massive construction outside property roads, pedestrian accesses closed. They have done a good job in trying to provide decent lodging. 24x7 coffee in lobby etc. staff very friendly and helpful. On my first morning morning what appeared to be a homeless person walked in helped himself to buffet breakfast and sat at one of restaurant tables. Staff did not react. Later in week staff asked for room numbers each morning which they had not done previously ……..

Overall great service! I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and tea/coffee options. I would have appreciated options for snacks or light food (perhaps a vending machine) that one could pay for in addition to the pizza drinks meal.

two night stay

Mattress very hard, no spare pillows, bathroom very small, no kettle in room. Staff polite and helpful.
