Nestled in love and warmth
Posted 4 Jul 2023 on HotelsFrom the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had amazing service in a very beautiful guesthouse. All our comforts were met, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The hostess recommended and booked a dinner reservation for us which made our anniversary trip very special indeed. Absolute value for money. Highly recommended.

Fantastic host and lovely room. WiFi not very good. Not the most private room as I could hear the guests talking next door for hours even with my tv on but otherwise a pleasant stay

Lo contraté, llamé al lugar para avisar que iba a llegar más tarde del horario de check in, el lugar estaba completo, el sr del hotel me terminó bloqueando el celular, hoteles no me reacomodó en otro establecimiento y aún no tengo respuesta sobre el dinero que pagué. Esto sucedió hace 3/4 días.

This information is incorrect, the guest did not stay at Bergview. Bergview Guesthouse was fully booked and it was not possible for a reservation to be made. I trust that Expedia will correct the error on their side.
