Everything was great, except the food Quality
Their room was very clean comfortable . Front desk, housekeeping, and The staff at the pool outstanding. Restaurant, Food and quality and cleanliness were sub par Was very disappointed, was not worth the money I paid for the buffets

I recommend this hotel, it suits best for families and the kids had a lot of fun there.

I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower).
