"Marah and Obaydah at the reception were supper helpful. They helped us check in we were about 12 guests. Walked us through the facilities and services. Marah was so patient and friendly throughout the process. Had a smile on her face the entire time. The staff throughout the resort were fantastic and supper friendly. Breakfast and dinner had variety of options definitely worth paying for it. "

"I stayed at the hotel for three days with my

and had an overall great experience. The staff were welcoming, and some of our rooms were upgraded, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is beautiful, with clean, stylish rooms and comfortable beds, though the pillows were disappointing and caused neck pain. The spa facilities were excellent, but far too expensive, especially compared to prices in Denmark. While I enjoyed my stay, the cost of the spa made it feel like they were taking advantage...

. The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfy, and the view was absolutely wonderful. The staff were super friendly. The food in the hotel was a bit too expensive, but luckily there’s a small mall nearby where you can eat for less. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!"

"The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...
